Privacy Policy

How Hays Visual Works handles inquiries, production records, media, consent, retention, security, and privacy choices.

Production information and media need accountable custody.

We collect only what is needed to assess and deliver requested work. We do not sell inquiry or client information.

Information received

Contact, organization, brief, schedule, budget range, people/product/location, accessibility, rights, communications, releases, approvals and intentionally provided assets.

Purpose and access

Fit review, estimating, production, delivery, security, financial/legal records and service improvement. Access is limited to authorized family members, collaborators and providers who need it.

Media and likeness

Recognizable people, private property, testimonials and sensitive contexts require an appropriate release and approved usage. Portfolio use is separate from client delivery rights.

Retention

Inquiry, project, release, license, financial, working-media and delivery records follow different documented periods. Source media is not promised indefinitely.

Security

Do not submit credentials or unnecessary sensitive data through public forms. Private transfer, access logging, malware scanning and deletion evidence must be used where promised.

Your choices

Ask about held information, corrections, applicable deletion, optional consent or portfolio permission. Contract, accounting, security and legal duties may limit a request.

Effective July 30, 2026. Hays Visual Works is a family-operated service brand managed by Thomas Smallwood. Business registration details will be added when finalized. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@haysvisualworks.com. We do not publish a street address because this is a service-area business.
